This piece explores the interstitial space between portal thresholds.  What is the experience, how does it feel, what do you see. Instead of a instantaneous transition from one space to another, this seeks to capture the process.  The interstitial space between thresholds is an ephemeral and evanescent realm, where the boundaries of reality dissolve into a fluid and amorphous state, and the construct of time becomes elusive and ambiguous.

Translucent fluid form edges transform and hint at materials of rock, water, and clouds.  Illuminated concentric circles and ornamental lines act as wayfinding devices, guiding the viewer to the other side.

Multiple text2img, text2video, blends, and interpolations were used in fabricating this final piece. Music was also created in collaboration with artificial intelligence.
