From the moment we wake to moment we sleep it is our human nature to be Up and Running. 
We drive ourselves to be better than yesterday. This is our nature. 
Again today we are Up and Running. 

Up and Running 

In the trenches you can’t always see the face of the person right next to you working shoulder to shoulder. 
Sometimes you don’t even know they are suffering as much as you. 
You keep pushing forward as hard as you can. If they keep up with you then you think they are invincible. You think they are also unbreakable. 
When you finally break, you think you must be weak. You begrudgingly hand the leadership over to your counterpart not realising they are in need of a rest too. 
They push on while you rest carrying on while carrying everything. 
Only upon your return do you see and hear their suffering. 
Taking the load on your shoulders while the other rests is hard. But this is true leadership. 
Thank you A. I now can carry on; it’s your turn to rest for a while. 

Start ups 

Travelling through time and space is what I believe we have done to arrive here. Time itself is what we are told it is from the date and the time of our birth. Everyone’s interpretation of time is slightly different. We arrive here. All together, we live, we do, we die. I believe we have met before and like magnets we attract and repel. Our particles have been attached, our souls have crossed paths in another world and now we walk beside each other as though we have yet to meet. This is what I call Time. An observation of what we see with our eyes but not with our soul. We can communicate without devices. We can listen for change and we can observe with accuracy of outcomes. After travelling through time and space we are now experts and trusted advisors of our existence but yet we do not trust our own voice. I seek those who share their soul’s language with others to evolve and to connect so the bond will be stronger when our particles meet again. We will do great things together.
