This is not a pipe bomb is a  rework of rene magritte's The Treachery of Images. In this version i aimed to send the same message about representation of an object vs the object itself but with a explosive depicted. With so much information being weaponized so aggressively now i think it can be a nice reminder that the map is not always the terroritory.

By doing things “wrong”, allow things to break, setting tools to give totally unexpected results and allowing randomness there forms a new aesthetic guided by the code behind the drawings.

Originally created as an “Instagram performance” during 2020 lockdown, #digitalFeelings explores the relationship between the female body and social media.

The performance highlights the artist’s personal struggle to conform with unattainable standards, as well as her social anxiety that has to do with an excessive use of the service.

Mila Sketch puts together another study of artificial intelligence vs. the human brain.
Sophia the Robot represents the most advanced AI existing today.
The high technical development of the female robot allows her to perceive the aroma of delicate flowers. 
For a moment, it seems that a machine can overtake a human. 
The artist uses a beautiful orchid resembling the female ovaries to symbolize fertility. The women's ability to bring new life into the world is magical and will remain the one power that will continually advance humans over robots.
